The OnlyFounders platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that:

2.3 Grant of License
OnlyFounders grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the iOS application and services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may NOT:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's software
Use the platform for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute, sublicense, or resell access to the platform
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
2.4 User Responsibilities

2.5 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the OnlyFounders platform—including but not limited to design, features, logos, content, trademarks, and software—remain the exclusive property of OnlyFounders.
User-Generated Content: While OnlyFounders does not claim ownership of content you create, by posting or uploading content to the platform, you grant OnlyFounders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for platform operation, improvement, and marketing purposes.
2.6 Prohibited Activities & Content
You are strictly prohibited from creating, sharing, or disseminating:
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Explicit, violent, or abusive material
Threats or intimidation
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Spam, malware, or malicious code
False or misleading information
Content that violates any applicable laws
Violations will result in:
Immediate content removal
Account suspension or permanent termination
Potential reporting to relevant authorities
Legal action where appropriate
2.7 Content Moderation & Enforcement
OnlyFounders employs a combination of automated systems and human moderation to ensure compliance with these guidelines. We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
Report illegal activity to law enforcement

2.8 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OnlyFounders is not liable for:
Disputes or conflicts arising between users
Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
User misconduct or violations of these Terms
Business outcomes or relationships formed through the platform
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
The platform serves solely as a facilitator for connections and collaboration. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the service.
2.9 Termination
By OnlyFounders: We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform at our sole discretion for:
Violations of these Terms
Conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or its users
Legal or regulatory requirements
Suspected fraudulent activity
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
Upon Termination:
You must cease all use of the platform
Your license to use the app is immediately revoked
We will make reasonable efforts to delete your personal data (see Section 4.8 for details)
Certain data may remain in backups or where legally required
2.10 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
For users in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms
These subscription terms form an integral part of our Terms of Use and EULA. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
3.1 Available Subscription Plans
OnlyFounders offers two auto-renewable subscription tiers providing access to premium features:
Scale Plan
Weekly: $6.79 USD per week
Monthly: $17.90 USD per month
Quarterly: $42.00 USD per 3 months
Yearly: $87.00 USD per year
Unicorn Plan
Weekly: $13.95 USD per week
Monthly: $24.90 USD per month
Quarterly: $53.90 USD per 3 months
Yearly: $98.00 USD per year
Note: Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store pricing. All prices include applicable VAT or local sales tax.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payment Method: All payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system
Charge Timing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Currency: Charges will appear in your local currency as determined by the App Store
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal charge will be at the same price as your original subscription unless we notify you of a price change in advance
Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase confirmation
3.4 Free Trials (If Offered)
If we offer a free trial period:
You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Free trials are typically available only once per user
3.5 Price Changes
We may occasionally adjust subscription prices. If we do:
We will provide advance notice (typically 30 days) before changes take effect
The new price will apply to your next renewal after the notice period
If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
Continuing your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
3.6 Managing & Canceling Your Subscription

Important:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period
You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription
3.7 Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for:
The current subscription period after purchase
Unused portions of a subscription period
Cancellations made after renewal has been charged
Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted at Apple's discretion for technical issues or billing errors

EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases under certain conditions

3.8 Payment Failures
If your payment method fails:

Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds
Contact your bank or card issuer if problems persist
3.9 Taxes
Subscription prices include applicable VAT or local sales tax as required by law. The exact tax amount will be shown at the point of purchase and may vary based on your location.
3.10 Subscription Benefits
Premium subscriptions provide access to enhanced features, which may include:
Advanced matching algorithms
Unlimited swipes/connections
Priority profile visibility
Enhanced messaging features
Access to exclusive events or content

4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Introduction
OnlyFounders is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

Note: When you delete your account, certain traces may remain where they are part of other users' experiences (e.g., messages you sent to others). We minimize this to the greatest extent possible.

5.4 Moderation & Enforcement
OnlyFounders employs:

Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
Temporary Suspension: Account suspended for a specified period
Permanent Termination: Account permanently banned

Final Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlyFounders regarding your use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. OnlyFounders may assign these Terms without restriction.
7.5 Force Majeure
OnlyFounders will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
7.6 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive the termination of these Terms.
